I. Foundation: This association was founded in 1971 with an aim of consolidating the co-operation between the brothers soninké. It represents the structure of a cultural organization dealing with the loads of cultural, teaching and social data processing. It appele has a positive co-operation between all the children soninké in particular those parmis them which acquired a certain culture, in order to spread the spirit of knowledge and science within all wire this family, knowledge and science being the only weapon likely to guarantee the future of the individual and the company and to preserve its national laws to him. The cultural and spiritual colonnisation in addition constituting the greatest threat for the African personality and its effective civilization it was necessary to envisage an action organized to protect the African languages by the study and the evolution so that they are not unobtrusive by the effects of time. It S as noted as one trés strong majority of the children soninké moved towards fields nonscientific and not-cultural what threatened the same presence of this family. It was thus of our duty to change the line or the way of the family towards another way much stronger and more consistent. On the basis of our faith in the African personality characteristic as of its civilization which extends has centuries and generations it was necessary for us to make all our efforts in order to put forward this personality, to consolidate it and to stick to it with any pride and pride.
